If my flight is canceled, what will happen, what should I do?

If your flight is canceled, you can reach us 24/7 via our telephone numbers (+90 850 440 40 42) and inform you that your flight has been canceled. In this case, your transfer request will be put on hold for 24 hours and you can renew your transfer service at no additional cost.

I missed my flight, what will happen, what should I do?

If you miss your flight for special or general reasons, please contact us via our telephone numbers (+90 850 440 40 42).

In the event of unconditional guest satisfaction, you will not be charged or deducted for any canceled reservations.

Where to find the driver at the airport?

If you are in a city where the airport office is located, you must first come to our office in the airport. In places where our airport office is not available, our driver will meet you at the airport gate with a signboard with your name on it.

Are your baby seats in your vehicles?

In this sense, we also provide a special seat for babies. You only need to tell us that you must have a baby seat in the car when booking.

How Do You Receive Payments for Your Services?
